BWI & Dulles
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.
National Airport
Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curb side lane with a name sign on passenger window. You must call us before coming out of terminal, at (240) 34-SEDAN or (240) 347-3326. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.
Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curb side lane with a name sign on passenger window. You must call us before coming out of terminal, at (240) 34-SEDAN or (240) 347-3326.
Please call us if there are changes in your travel schedules/iterinary or if you miss your flight so that our operators can modify your reservation.
NOTE: If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or at the meeting place, please call us at (240) 34 SEDAN or (240) 347-3326, our dispatchers will contact your designated driver and inform him about your exact location. Waiting time allowance for Airport pickup/ domestic flights should not be more than 30 minutes and International flights should not be more than 1 hour (grace period from the time plane landed given to the customers). For all other pick-up locations, the grace period will be no more than 10 minutes. Applicable charges will be applied then after. If client leaves without informing the company it will be considered “No call, no show” and the full service amount will be charged. Thank you for understanding our procedures!
